Chef Andrea Zelen
Andrea is an accomplished Chef by trade. She has dedicated her life to the culinary arts as seen below by some of her achievements:

She developed this program with the goal of helping children expand their culinary pallets, understand how math and science impact their daily activities and give them the tools to live a healthy lifestyle. She wants every child in Florida to have the opportunity to learn about healthy habits, make it accessible to their families and become self-sufficient in the kitchen
Chef Tom Brassil
Tom didn’t start in culinary. His first love was TV production but while working in his field, he was exposed to culinary arts in food segments he produced. Tom was Chef/Co-owner of American Brownie Co. where they developed amazing flavor combinations for double-decker brownies. American Brownie was featured on QVC, Rachel Ray, Village Live and The Food Network. After selling the business, Tom became a Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu and Executive Pastry Chef at Chefs Commissary, LLC. He has also been a guest chef at the following:
Executive Pastry Chef – Emirates Airlines Orlando Launch Party at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts
3 time Guest Chef, Epcot Food and Wine Festival – Party of the Senses

Chef Sara Bethel
Sara moved all over the world throughout her childhood. She was influenced by the different cuisines and cultures she experienced. Culinary arts has always been her calling which landed her at Le Cordon Bleu. While in school, she worked in the field to better understand and reinforce what she was learning. She created new items and worked with flavors garnered from her travels around the world. Her first major role was at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort under the tutelage of the famed Chef Erich Herbitschek.
As she continued her studies, she fell in love with chocolate and sugar sculptures. Her ability to create show-stopping sculptures became her signature. She competed annually in the Florida Restauant and Lodging Show winning awards for her masterpieces. Chef Sara has:
Been inducted into the American Culinary Federation, holding certification of CPC
Has had her chocolate art sculptures showcased at Disney’s EPCOT Food and Wine Festival Party for the Senses and the United Way’s Chef’s Gala
Been a guest chef performing a live demonstration at EPCOT Food and Wine Festival
